In 2007, PREVENT! received the Drug Free Communities grant for $100,00 per year for five years.  This marked the beginning of capacity building for substance abuse prevention within Clark County community.   Sondra Storm became the first Coalition Coordinator supporting coalition volunteers to implement the Strategic Prevention Framework.  PREVENT! worked closely with the Clark County Youth Prevention Group, STASHA (Strong Teens Against Substance Hazards and Abuse).
