Partnerships
Creating a community culture that promotes healthy choicesRecruiting Prevent Coalition Members!
There are many different ways you can get involved in our coalition and community efforts.
Update Making the Connections
We’re convening a committee to update the Making the Connections toolkit with a new vaping prevention module. Join a workgroup to offer insight, advice, share needs, help design curriculum and pilot test! Contact mattcox@esd112.org to get involved.
Create a New Campaign
Community assessment data tells us we need new strategies and initiatives to engage parents and adult influencers of youth. We’re convening a cross-sector committee of stakeholders and parents to design a brand new campaign or toolkit resource geared towards parent audiences. Help parents understand the influence they have over youth! Email preventcoalition@esd112.org to learn more.
Attend Events
The SW Region is hosting several community events this year to engage people in prevention, share latest science, welcome new prevention staff and more. Events include the Youth Advocacy Training in December 2022, Qualitative Data Training in March 2023, the Teens Care Too Summit in April 2023, and more! View our calendar or contact preventcoalition@esd112.org to learn more.
